Due to our continuous growth and expansion, PANDOO Management is looking to recruit a: Senior Corporate Officer (F/M/D) (full time).
Your responsibilities
- You will be involved in all aspects of the corporate legal administration of Luxembourgish alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their subsidiaries;
- You will be involved in the preparation of the AIFM’s senior management meeting (conducting officers) and responsible for the minutes taking;
- You will be involved with the administrative support, company secretarial and corporate governance services of the AIFM and AIFs and will perform all day-to-day duties linked to the general administration of the AIF while ensuring proper coordination of tasks with other teams;
- You will maintain the legal agreements for the AIFs and the maintenance of the corporate and legal templates of the AIFM;
- You will directly report to the Managing Director in charge of legal;
- You will assist in organizing and preparing board and shareholders’ meetings of the AIFM and AIFs.;
- You will be the key contact for corporate legal matters and communicate with external parties including legal advisors, tax advisors, auditors, banks, CSSF;
- You will assist and support the senior management in client related projects;
Your profile
- You are graduated in law or equivalent and have 3-5 years of experience in working with Luxembourgish AIFs (especially Real Estate/Private Equity structures);
- You are familiar with the Luxembourg law on commercial companies as well as regulated and semi-regulated structures and the AIFM law, the RAIF and the SIF law.;
- You are fluent in English and German (mandatory), French is considered as a strong asset;
- You have a strong knowledge of MS-Office software;
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills and are eager to learn;
- You are dynamic, have a good presentation and excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- You are a genuine team player.
