Martine Grün has been with PANDOO Administration (former pandomus) since 2010 and is one of the Partners and Managing Directors. She previously served with RBC Dexia Investor Services Bank S.A. in Luxembourg for 6 years and there held the positions of Manager for Financial Reporting/Financial Consolidation. From 2001 to 2004, she handled the preparation and audit of consolidated accounts as well as audit missions of holding companies and commercial companies with an audit firm. Martine holds a Master’s Degree in Business & Finance. Martine is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
Frederik Leser joined PANDOO Administration (former pandomus) in 2013 as Project Manager to set-up PANDOO Management (former pancura). Today he is Director in charge of operations and acts as Conducting Officer at PANDOO Management. From 2003 to 2007 he was Fund Manager at Deka Immobilien in Germany responsible for a Pan European Real Estate Investment Fund distributed to German institutional investors. In 2007 he joined Brown Brothers Harriman in Luxembourg as Client Service Manager and Business Integration Manager for REIFs. Frederik studied real estate economics and is a Member of RICS since 2009. He is fluent in German, English and French.
Charles Meyer, the Founding Partner of PANDOO Administration (former pandomus), was previously Founding Partner of Fideos Financial Services, a regulated company providing central administration services to Luxembourg regulated entities. During this time he acted as Director to numerous Luxembourg domiciled companies and provided the on-going management of Luxembourg SPVs with a particular focus on RE and PE. He acted as Director to both SICAR and SIF entities together with Management Companies and had direct supervision of dedicated RE and PE structures. Prior to founding Fideos, Charles was Senior Manager at Atoz, a Luxembourg based tax advisory business, where he was responsible for providing tax advice and planning to regulated and unregulated real estate structures and PE companies and before this he was a Senior Manager within the Tax practice of Ernst and Young Luxembourg. Charles has spent a large part of his career liaising with both the regulator and tax authorities in Luxembourg and has a deep level technical experience of structuring, tax planning and regulatory compliance. Charles is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish (native).
Sven Rein joined PANDOO Management (former pancura) as Managing Partner in January 2015 to build-up and develop the AIFM business. Prior to that Sven has been Managing Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management in Luxembourg responsible for Business Development and the establishment of their AIFM. From 2006 to 2012 he was Vice President and Member of the REIF Executive Team at Brown Brothers Harriman in Luxembourg, responsible for Business Development of Real Estate Investment Fund Administration in Europe. Prior to that, he worked for the Deka Group in the real estate financing as well as Real Estate Fund Manager for institutional investors. Sven also holds diverse Independent Director positions on boards of real estate funds, is a Real Estate Economist, MRICS and fluent in German, English and French.
John Wantz has spent more than 22 years in the Luxembourg finance industry and has an extensive knowledge in the banking, finance and alternative fund environment. Being involved in the set-up of regulated Luxembourg property vehicles since 2002, John was actively contributing to the elaboration of the best market practices standards within the Real Estate Investment Fund (REIF) working group of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
Prior to joining PANDOO Administration (former pandomus), John was Head of the REIF Business Integration Team of BBH Luxembourg, where he was responsible for operationally setting up and launching regulated and unregulated real estate structures and companies. Before this he was a Senior Technical Sales Manager within RBC Dexia Luxembourg, where he was in charge to undertake promotional work, to run the REIF product management and to work out REIF service deliverables. John is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish (native).
Johannes Reis joined PANDOO Management (former pancura) in 2019 as Director, Conducting Officer Portfolio Management. From 2010 to 2019 he was acting as Senior Manager in Assurance for PwC Luxembourg on large international Real Estate, Debt Funds, Private Equity and Securitisation assignments for regulated and unregulated structures. His expertise covers as well Lux GAAP and IFRS for a wide range of Alternative Investment structures. Johannes holds a Diploma in Business Administration with Auditing/Controlling and Business Taxation from the University of Trier. Johannes is expert-comptable in Luxembourg. He is fluent in German, English and French.
Maciej Borzyński joined PANDOO Management (former pancura) as Risk Officer in 2020. He has over 13 years of experience in the Luxemburgish fund industry, most of it in the area of alternative funds, with focus on risk management, valuation and financial analysis, gained by a range of notable companies such as: Patrizia, Alceda (Aquila Group), Aviva Investors and State Street Bank. Maciej holds diplomas in Finance and in Management from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). His mother tongue is Polish and he is fluent in English and German.
Andres Ingibergsson joined PANDOO Management (former pancura) in 2019 as Conducting Officer Valuation. Before that, Andres spent 1 year as a Depositary Manager at Citco Bank Luxemburg. Prior to that, Andres has been for 6 years a Team Leader at Brown Brother Harriman Luxembourg in the Alternative Investment Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting department. Before that, Andres spent 2 years as Financial Accountant at Maitland Luxembourg. He holds a Master’s degree in Investments from the University of Birmingham. His mother tongue is Islandic and he is fluent in English.
Gunnar Nau joined PANDOO Management (former pancura) in 2018 as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, he has been with Luxembourg Investment Solutions since 2013, where he also held the position as the Chief Compliance Officer. During his career in the financial sector of more than 25 years, he also gathered experience in Risk Management, Wealth Management, Retail & Private Banking and UCITS Funds Administration at renowned addresses such as HSBC and Deutsche Bank Group. Gunnar holds a certificate in International Commercial Law from EURO-FH, as well as a banking degree of the Chamber of Commerce Trier and is fluent in German and English.
Lina Pedersen joined PANDOO Management (former pancura) in 2019 as Director, Conducting Officer Administration of UCIs & Delegate Oversight. Lina also takes care of Business Integration and the Client Service Management discipline within PANDOO Management. Prior to that, she worked over 10 years for Brown Brother Harriman Luxembourg as Client Service Manager in the Alternatives Department servicing a broad spectrum of Alternative Investment Funds. Before this she held various positions within the financial industry in Norway and Luxembourg mainly within Client Servicing. Lina has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from King’s College, London and holds an M.B.A. from Solvay Business School, Université Libre de Bruxelles. Her mother tongue is Norwegian and she is fluent in English.
Anja Stenger joined PANDOO Management (former pancura) in 2018 as Corporate & Legal Officer. Prior to that, she acted for 9 years as a Corporate & Legal Officer for a Pan European Property Fund managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg. Before that, Anja worked as Loan Officer in Corporate Banking / Structured Finance / Loan Agencies at UniCredit Luxembourg S.A. for 7 years. She holds a Master’s degree in banking from a German Chamber of Commerce. Anja speaks German and English.
