PANDOO Partners win Jean-Paul Gennari as Chairman of PANDOO Holding
PANDOO, a Luxembourg-based service provider for alternative investment structures, is expanding its senior management and just appointed Jean-Paul Gennari as Chairman of the Board of Directors of PANDOO Holding as of 1st January 2023. His contract as independent director will run through 2025.
In this newly created and independent role, he will advise PANDOO during the ongoing transformation phase and will help optimizing the services for the clients. This marks yet another step for PANDOO to bring a steadily growing team of more than 80 people in Luxembourg to the next level as a leading independent administrator and management company.
Jean-Paul Gennari brings 40 years of experience in the financial sector to the job. He has worked as Independent Director in various structures, including regulated as well non regulated entities, since 2010. Prior to that, he acted as CEO in various fund administrators and in a supporting role at Northern Trust Luxembourg to lead the integration of the UBS Investment Fund Business.
