PANDOO is here – pandomus and pancura move under shared umbrella
- Luxembourgian provider of alternative investment structures pools its strengths

On 15 November 2022 pandomus and pancura will for the first time be moving into shared office premises. But the two Luxembourg companies are also moving even closer together symbolically.
Because the independent provider of administration and management of Luxembourg investment vehicles such as special funds and AIFs will from now on be pooling its strengths under the new umbrella brand PANDOO: Pandomus will become PANDOO Administration, and pancura will become PANDOO Management.
Pandomus has already been well known since 2009 as a specialist for all administrative services, with a clear focus on regulated and non-regulated investment structures based in Luxembourg. From 2013, with pancura, as a fully-fledged independent third-party AIFM, we were able to decisively widen our range of services – with the management of AIFs in the fields of real estate, private equity, debt, fund of funds and infrastructure.

The now completed renaming of the two companies as PANDOO stands for increased efficiency and offers both customers and employees a range of advantages.
The name “PANDOO” retains the syllable “Pan” from the previous brands, while “do” stands for the English verb “to do”. It is also based on “Pando” – an organism of around 47,000 trees, the roots of which are connected with each other underground and which is regarded as the oldest and heaviest known living thing in the world. The name thus also stands for the sustainability expertise of the company, which has already supported the launch of some sustainable ESG funds.
