Due to our continuous growth and expansion, PANDOO Administration is looking to recruit an: Senior Compliance Associate (M/F/D) - (full time).
Your responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Compliance Associate to join our Compliance team. The Senior Compliance Associate ensures that PANDOO Administration’s business processes adhere to all relevant legal and internal regulations and guidelines.
- Maintenance of the AML/ CFT screening lists, including alignment with other departments;
- Review and further administration of documents, such as onboarding forms, KYC and other;
- Performing Pre-Checks regarding new business opportunities and ensure accurate reflection in the new business list by cooperation with Business Integration;
- Assisting in the preparation of the Compliance Function’s Reports;
- Manage and maintain databases , e.g. for clients, screening, etc., ensuring accuracy and currency of information;
- Provide support during onsite visits, actively participating in due diligence processes;
- Actively participate in the update and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP);
- Review and update of Compliance Tools (e.g. Country Risk Table, Screening Tool, etc.);
- Assistance in the preparation of regulatory and other reports;
- Assisting in Auditor’s and CSSF requests and provide support during onsite visits;
- Delegate and review some tasks performed by the Junior Compliance Associates;
- Dealing with other administrative tasks upon request of the Compliance Officer.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) / Degree in accounting/economics/business administration/law;
- 3-5 year(s) work experience in a similar position, preferably within the fund industry or regulatory advisory;
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory, German will be considered as an asset;
- Knowledge of European and/or Luxembourgish law and regulations related to the financial sector.
- Strong organisational and planning skills;
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and set the right priorities;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Eager to learn;
- High self-motivation;
- General proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, …) and client screening monitoring software.
- Team player;
- Open-minded and friendly behaviour;
- Ability to take initiatives;
- Share knowledge.
