Due to our continuous growth and expansion, PANDOO ADMINISTRATION is looking to recruit a: Part-time HR Administrative Assistant (F/M/D) 20 hours/week.
Your responsibilities
- HR administrative support (employment contracts, certificates, medical examinations, maternity and parental leave requests…);
- Collaboration with the HR Officer in all HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, trainings, appraisals;
- Monitoring our HRIS to ensure smooth running of HR operations;
- Organisation and maintenance of physical & electronic files and folders;
- Handling with the cofunding of training (INFPC).
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Administration or similar background;
- A first experience in a similar position, preferably within the financial industry, will be considered as an asset;
- Fluent in English and French is mandatory, German will be considered as an asset;
- Dynamic with excellent organisation and communication skills and have a real team spirit;
- Problem solver and analytical thinking;
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
